Day 7 was more or less a relaxation day, even though we had full intentions of waking up and making it to either Yellowstone National Park or Grand Teton National Park... we didn't, and there is absolutely nothing wrong with that! Ultimately we ended up in Cody, Wyoming where we will be spending the night after a very active, and full Week 1 (6 days really, not yet a full 7). Throughout the day we travelled through the Bighorn National Forrest climbing unreal heights and then coasting back on down. At the top of the summit temperatures were a chilly 35 degrees and we experienced snow for the first time on our voyage. However, all of this was not without Michelle finding a rock exhibit at a ranger station near the summit of the park, which oddly enough also had a flock of hummingbirds inhabiting the area. While today was not the most strenuous or lengthy of days, it has been nice to relax and look forward to our next few days in Yellowstone National Park, stay tuned!
